QUESTIONS
Does it really work without internet?
Yes. Every press is stored on the phone first and sent later, in order, without duplicates. The app itself opens with no signal once it is installed on the phone.
Does Hourra track my workers?
No. It records the location only at the moment of clocking in and out, if the phone allows it. There is no tracking in between, ever.
Do workers need an email address?
No. They open the link you send them and choose a 4-digit PIN. If a phone is lost, you send a new link and the old phone stops working.
Can hours be changed afterwards?
Never silently. A correction is a new entry that you approve; the original time stays in the history. That is what makes the records trustworthy.
I work alone. Is it for me?
Yes. Choose “Just me”: clock in on the phone, link your sites to clients, and turn the hours into a pro-forma with VAT in one minute.
How much does it cost?
